The Fire Force manga officially ended earlier this year, and the series maker behind the series has shared an emotional message to fans with the release of the manga’s final volume! The 34th and final volume of Fire Force is now on shelves in Japan, and while it will be a while before fans in other regions can check out the final for themselves, it’s an emotional time for fans everywhere. It’s a particularly emotional time for the series creator as well as he had to say goodbye to a long-running manga.
With the final volume release, firepower Creator Atsushi Okubo shared the following emotional message (As spotted and translated by @Shobotai08 and @cr1sco_ on Twitter) which begins like this, “Thank you all for staying with us until the end. firepower It’s over now. firepower It’s a story about life, but you could also say it’s a story about death. Death is something that no one has ever experienced, yet it can happen at any time to us living beings but it can only be explained by our imaginations.”
Continuing a bittersweet message, Okubo says, “In this case, what is the concept of death? Humans are beings that use their imaginations. As their concept evolves, their sense of value and death evolves at the same time. The manga is precisely a collection of concepts. Leave my team and [Atsushiya] It was demolished. I wish all Fire Force readers to tap into their imaginations and enjoy every day of life.
